Hot Barre

•95 degrees
•Isometric movements used to tone and strengthen
•Blends ballet barre movements and Pilates to elongate and strengthen the body
•All levels and those looking for a challenge

Hot 21

•105 degrees
•Based on the Bikram Method of Yoga
•21 Hatha poses in a set sequence
•Great for beginners or seasoned yogis

Hot Power/Candlelight

•95 degrees
•Flow, tone, strengthen, sweat and detox
•All levels- modifications available for beginners, advanced postures offered to experienced students

Hot Flow & Yin

•100 degrees
•30 mins of Power 30 mins of Yin
•This is the perfect mix- Power and relaxing deep stretching

HIIT Hop/Tone & Sculpt

•95 degrees
•Hybrid mix of power yoga and Hiit (High Intensive Interval training)
cardio , weights, yoga flows and loud music
•Great for those students who are looking for a challenge
